Know Before You Go.™
The Answer Group’s Know Before You Go™ remote machine monitoring technology is the most advanced system available in vending and is exclusive to The Answer Group. Over 500 machines are equipped with cellular modems that tell us:
- When a machine needs restocking.
- When a machine has a malfunction.
- When a temperature falls below an acceptable range.
MasterCard PayPass.
In 2005, MasterCard selected The Answer Group as the exclusive provider of MasterCard PayPass in vending machines in New York City. Credit Cards and MasterCard PayPass are now available as a second payment option.
DEX - Digital Exchange.
The Answer Group was the first company to use DEX in the tri-state area. DEX technology uses handheld computers to download sales files directly from the machine’s control boards. This gives us the most accurate sales data and ensures that all revenues are accounted for from every machine.
Guaranteed Delivery Sensors.
The Answer Group installs state-of-the-art vending machines equipped with sensors that detect when a product falls to the deliver bin. If no product falls through, you will be asked to make another selection or receive your money back.
